The Framework: The 1 Day Workplace Systems Intensive

To ensure privacy, focus, and convenience for your schedule, this one day deep dive is delivered directly on site at your corporate space within the Winnipeg area, or hosted virtually across Manitoba if outside of a reasonable distance to attend onsite. Rather than jump in and out of the work over a series of weeks – we take one day, and break it into three distinct blocks where we:

• Develop a cohesive understanding of you in your broader life story, building connections between early learning and current leadership challenges
• Analyze stakeholder feedback as it relates to early relational templates, bringing unconscious patterns and relational templates to light, while identifying feared future outcomes that feed old behaviours
• Build capacity to tolerate fears, targeting forward motion and new ways of relating, exploring preferred patterns and new relational templates

The Corporate Investment:

The first intensives are set to begin in September, with an exclusive number of spots available for the remainder of 2026.

2026 rates for businesses interested in the one day intensive workplace systems evaluation are $1,950 plus GST.

Leaders who have completed the one day intensive can also integrate and extend their workplace learning through Integration Sessions. These follow ups are offered via secure video platform or phone, and provide space for ongoing reflection and clarification to support the implementation of new learning. One hour sessions will be available at $250 per hour plus GST.
